Product character
The Sulphur Yellow Brown 5G is Reddish brown powder, insoluble in water, soluble in sodium sulfide solution is brown, slightly soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid. The stain changes slightly in the alkaline safety powder solution, and the calcium chlorate solution always becomes shallow and yellow, and concentrated sulfuric acid is added to turn yellow.
Main features
1. Sulphur Yellow Brown 5G is mainly used for the dyeing of cotton, linen, viscose and its blended fabrics.
2. Compared with direct dyes and reactive dyes to dye black, it has better dyeing rate and uniformity, good blackness, good washing fastness, and is suitable for dip dyeing, roll dyeing and rolling dyeing.
3. The suitable dyeing temperature is 90-95 °C, the dyeing bath PH 9.5-10, the ratio with sulfide alkali during dyeing is about (dye strength 100-200% - sulfide alkali dosage 1~2 times)
4. After boiling and refining, the dyeing blank is slightly alkaline and darkened. When dyeing, the sulfide alkali should not be too little, so as to avoid uneven dyeing and erythema, nor too much, too much will affect the dyeing rate, dyeing water washing should be sufficient, otherwise there is floating color will make the blackness not black.
5. Blended fabrics with vulcanized yellow brown into two colors can not be used. To be used for dyeing cotton and linen viscose. Good homogenization.
Storage & Transportation
The Sulphur Yellow Brown 5G must be stored in shade, dry & well-ventilated warehouse. Avoid to be contacted with oxidizing chemicals and combustible organic substances. Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, sparks and open flames. Carefully handle the product and avoid damaging the package.
